Looking to scale your business? The Andy offers 40,000 +/- SF of retail and flex space, with individual units ranging from 1,260 +/- SF to 5,000 +/- SF. For larger tenants, the spaces can be combined to create up to 33,000 +/- SF, with competitive base rents starting at $10/SF annually. Ideal for retail, creative spaces, or offices looking for room to grow in a high-traffic, high-visibility location.
Micro-Warehouse Space
Supporting the rise of e-commerce and creative industries, The Andy provides micro-warehouse storage options ranging from 416 +/- SF to 1,362 +/- SF. Is The Andy an apartment complex?
Yes, and no. The Andy is unique in that we are creating a community where people both live and work. Everyone has their own unit, but there is plenty of opportunity for collaboration with your live / work neighbors!
What if I don’t need an office and want to just live at the Andy?
Sure! Tenants are welcome to just use the Andy lofts as their residence.
What if I ONLY need an office / workspace and don’t really want to live at the Andy?
We think you may change your mind once you see how cool the live / work dynamic is. That said, there are a few select units which can be used exclusively as office / workspace. Contact us for more details.
Are there restrictions on what kind of business I can operate in my unit at the Andy?
Short answer is, yes there are certain businesses that are better suited for the Andy than others. For instance, if you operate a retailer that is open to the public 9AM-5PM every day, you may fit better with our commercial space (which is also available on-site). However, if you are operating an appointment-based business, gallery, studio, or other work / office space – we think we’d be a perfect fit! If you have questions – please reach out and lets discuss!
Is it possible for me to customize my unit?
Absolutely! In fact, we have several units which are available in a “white box” format – meaning you have a blank canvas to decide what your space is going to look like! If you would like to learn more about our Design Your Own Loft program, please give us a call or email.
What kind of parking comes with my unit?
We have plenty of parking available. Each unit will come with at least two dedicated spots, but we will have plenty of general parking available as well.
